Interim Professionals was founded in 2012 – established by Giles Farmer, we are a niche and specialist consultancy, recruiting interim professionals for the NHS across Operational Management, Finance, Transformation, Turnaround, Projects, Digital and HR. Our permanent business, Executive Professionals handles executive search for substantive positions across the NHS.
All of our consultants are NHS specialists – we are entirely focused on understanding the challenges the healthcare sector faces and how best to identify the talent within it. We are passionate about the NHS and we work closely with our clients in partnership to provide you with the right candidates, solid advice and the most personal, honest and down to earth service in the industry.
